Fall’s hottest hue creates an eye-popping gaze.
EYES: Sweep i-mark in plum velvet over lids and up to brow bones and i-mark in java in the creases.
Apply i-mark in cake at the inner corners of the eyes. Run no place to run in solid gold along the upper lash lines and no place to run in foxy brown along the lower lash lines.
Brush two coats of scanda-lash in brownout onto lashes.
