THE NEW FALL TREND…EGGPLANT NAIL POLISH.

Eggplant Nail Polish

Before you break out the holiday red polish you'll be wearing all season, try the new trend....Eggplant nail polish.
AVON's nailwear pro nail enamel in Midnight Plum
Test drive a suitable transitional shade: deep, shiny purple or Midnight Plum by Avon. This polish is perfect for the cold winter months. It is much more warm and inviting than black but still dark and brooding. The rich plum color shines through in the sunlight while the deep darkness become more prominent in the murky grey lighting of a winter day.

This polish has a nice shiny finish, so you really don't even need a top coat. This hue tends to darken when dry, so select a color that's a little brighter and more magenta in the bottle. And as always, keep your nails short and rounded to avoid looking too goth.

If you love purple (which I do) in the Fall and Winter and are tired of the harsh gothic look of black, this color is for you.

WHO'S WEARING IT: Well, take a cue from Rachel Roy at the Accessories Council ACE Awards in New York City.

COMPARISONS: A much more affordable dupe to OPI's Lincoln Park After Dark

This color is currently a part of AVON's permanent line but will also be available in a giftset with two other shades during the holiday season, so don't miss out!!!!
